Report on Youth Café Provision

Project description:  A report on youth café provision will faciliate the design and production of a guide to assist communities and organisations in the setting up of Youth Cafes.  A survey of existing youth cafes in Ireland undertaken by the OMC has identified the need for an overarching framework to support the steady development of safe, effective, well-utilised youth cafes.  The research will examine international best practice and identify key factors in the successful establishment, operation, management and long term sustainability of youth cafes which would assist local communities and organisations in setting up of same.
