Evaluation of the Barnardos Family Welfare Conference Project in South Tipperary

Project Description:  The study examines the Barnardos Family Conference Welfare Project in South Tipperary established in 2005 focusing on the project operations to date and examining the outcomes of conferences.  The impact of the FWC service on children and the factors contributing to its sustainability will be assessed and a monitoring framework will be developed for ongoing evaluation of the work.
